Iowa Book Award Winners!
The Iowa Goldfinch Award goes to I Feel a Foot by Maranke Rinck. Peg Kehret wins the Iowa Children's Choice Award again with Stolen Children. March 17 IASL hosted AASL President, Nancy Everhart
in the vision tour to visit a school library in every state in the U.S. in order to bring to the general public visual models of what good school libraries offer students and communities. Nancy presented the AASL Vision Award to Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, where Becky Johnson is the teacher librarian.
