Iowa's best schools have library programs that engage the entire school community to elevate the learning experience for all.

A representative of the IASL Board serves on the State of Iowa Teacher Librarian Leadership Team. This team meets multiple times throughout the year to address concerns and issues surrounding school librarianship, work with professors from Iowa's universities' school librarianship programs, and the Department of Education.
